Ongoing Analysis and Consultancy Work
If you are an existing customer, there are a range of benefits we want to ensure you're getting - whether that be reduction in the cost of document production or improving processes to ensure more time for the work that counts.
Winscribe offer two analytic tools that can be used as part of a consultancy process.
- Clinical Correspondence Maturity Index (CCMI) - An index that analyses the maturity of technology in your health organisation, as well as compares it against other trusts.
- Outpatient Review or Operational Productivity Review (OPR) - A two stage consultancy report that provides insights into the actual cost to produce a clinical letter and how much capital you could save over one to five years. It also includes comparison information and information on how other trusts reduced their document cost, and how much cost savings and increased efficiency you could make through the right technology implementation.
We highly recommend Bloor Research as an external consultancy company who offer a Clinical Correspondence Maturity Solution. Bloor has developed an over-arching Process and Capability Maturity Model and have authored the underlying Clinical Correspondence process as a specific module. We believe that this independent, vendor and technology neutral model, when used in conjunction with the Winscribe CCMI, provides an additional level of actionable insight for NHS Trusts looking to achieve higher levels of recurrent savings, improved patient satisfaction and performance outcomes.
