What Information Do We Collect About You?
Winscribe holds contact information for the sectors we operate in. This information is limited to public classification business data including name, business email address, business phone number, and, in some cases, job title of contact. In rare cases we store the personal email address or phone number when that has been supplied by the individual as the primary contact method.
This information is collected when you register with us, provide information at events, use our website contact forms, contact us via email/phone, or when you voluntarily participate in competitions, complete surveys or provide feedback.
How We Use The Information About You?
We collect information about you to process your enquiry or order, manage your account, resolve consumer and/or product issues and, if you agree, to email/call/mail you information about our products and services we think may interest you as part of a newsletter or promotional campaign. These communications may also contain interesting personal stories or customer testimonials focused towards your industry.

Customers of Winscribe Products
As part of our services to existing customers and to efficiently fulfil our contract to our customers, Winscribe user contact information is used. This information is strictly business contact details only (name, email, business name, business address, phone number and occasionally job title, when supplied). Winscribe may contact existing users as part of customer feedback surveys, in order to further develop our product and improve our services. Winscribe users are also placed on our customer newsletter list ("The Winscriber"). This e-Newsletter contains sector relevant articles and stories, news items, as well as information about our products and marketing activities (what events we are attending, articles about us featured in the press, etc.).
You have a right at any time to request us to cease contacting you. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter email email@example.com to be removed. Customer surveys are deemed an essential part of the fulfilment of the contract and are infrequent.
