CCMENA support City & Welcare Hospitals with centralised workflow management solution via Winscribe
Part of the Mediclinic Middle East group, and known for providing the most prestigious healthcare facility services in Dubai - City & Welcare Hospitals operate over two sites delivering a wide range of treatments at the highest standard patient care from leading medical professionals.
A while back Mediclinic was looking to find a central solution around dictation for the two hospitals - as the current systems in place varied from the different sites.
Mediclinic approached CCMENA, in hope to gain intelligence and recommendations around suitable vendors for their hospitals current needs. After several discussions with the Mediclinic management team and demonstration of the Winscribe Digital Dictation solution – CCMENA suggest the Winscribe solution as the best solution for the hospitals requirements.
The Mediclinic management team were very happy with efficiency gains featured in the solution, and liked the ability of having one system servicing the two sites – facilitating the different workflow processes currently in place.
Deployment of the solution was quickly rolled out, with an integration to the hospitals HIS system and backlog support for busy periods.
Mukesh Jain, IT System Manager at Mediclinic Middle East says
‘Mediclinic is very pleased with CCMENA's rapid implementation of the Winscribe Digital Dictation system at both of our hospitals.
